♥ How Does your Purchase Process Work?

Step 1: ~ Getting to Know Each Other!
If you see a puppy on the website that you have fallen in love with and want to adopt.

If you prefer to email questions that is perfectly fine and we are happy to answer them that way but just know that we don't accept any "deposits" until we have actually spoken with you over the phone. Our email address is: spoiledrottenschnauzers@yahoo.com

Step 2: ~ Payment & Paperwork!
After we have spoken with you over the phone then all you need to do is complete our purchase forms and send your deposit. Some families send payment in full so they don't have to worry about it anymore. While other families send a deposit. Deposits are usually half the price of the puppy and the other half before 8 weeks of age. If you need to set up a different payment plan then these 2 options please feel free to discuss this with us. If this is your 1st time buying from us then we will email you a "Getting to Know You Form" and a "Purchase Agreement" that we require all our new families to complete. Because they are legal forms to protect both (buyer & seller) it's required that you complete the forms IN PEN and then send it to us along with a Cashier's Check OR Money Order written to: Spoiled Rotten Schnauzers through overnight mail with a tracking number. Please email us the tracking number as soon as you get back home from the post office and we will then mark the puppy as "Sold" with your name by it. We no longer post our mailing address on our website because we don't want families randomly sending us money anymore. Once you call we will provide you with the address.

Step 3: ~ Shipping!
If you are having the puppy shipped to you then we will email a link to our online "shipping form" that will only take you a minute to complete. We will then use that information to buy your puppies plane ticket. We will buy your puppies plane ticket about (1) week or less before your puppy is ready to go. For those that are new to shipping - the airport only requires that we give them (1) day notice. For example. If we buy the plane ticket on Monday then we could fly the puppy as early as Wednesday. Once we bought your plane ticket we will then take your puppy to the vet for a "health certificate" exam which is a legal form directly from the vet saying the puppy is in good health to fly. Yes, we will email you the flight itenerary which will tell you exactly where to go to pick up your puppy at the airport. If you are flying here (to Salt Lake City, Utah International Airport) to pick up your puppy then we will need to discuss with you by phone a good "pick up" date.
