First off let us start by saying that many breeders state on their website that NO ONE can guarantee size.
and Yes, it's true - NO ONE can guarantee exact size or structure and we are NOT claiming too.
What we DO guarantee is that IF the teacup puppy you buy from us does not stay within the teacup RANGE then we have a few options to make that right with you. Now to keep families honest, we will require very specific proof such as a "video tape" made AT your vet's office. On the video you will need to say the date & the age of the puppy. Then an actual close up of your vet measuring & weighing the puppy. We will also require on the video that your vet SCAN the Micro-Chip Number that WE (Spoiled Rotten Schnauzers) put in your puppy before it left here so we know your not using a different Schnauzer. If your puppy is NOT micro-chipped BY US (Spoiled Rotten Schnauzers), then we will NOT guarantee anything. If your puppy is overweight, we will NOT guarantee size. You have to prove that BOTH the height & weight of the "teacup puppy" is in the "toy size range." We will want your vet's contact info to validate this. In today's world, it should be very easy to provide us with this "video proof." If you do not provide us with this exact "video proof" we will NOT guarantee anything. Last, we do NOT guarantee all our puppies. Sometimes we get puppies that are looking to be either a teacup OR possibly a tiny toy. So in cases like this YOU understand before you buy the puppy that it won't be coming with a teacup guarantee. We don't want families buying (tiny toy size puppies from us) & then saying they thought it would be a (teacup size puppy) so they want us to fix that or get "some deal" to make it right. Our guarantee is NOT so families can use it against us to cheat us by trying to get something out of it. We have no problem working with HONEST families to try to make something right if we made an genuine mistake, however, so far we have never had a family dissappointed in our puppies sizes.
The best way to protect yourself against this happening to you is to educate yourself. There are many Toy & Teacup size Miniature Schnauzer Breeders out there that are good honest people running a very ethical trustworthy breeding program & raising high quality healthy teacup puppies, so learn how find them. There is alot you can do that will really help improve your chances of adopting a teacup puppy that you can have a wonderful life with, you just need to put in the time & research.
